1 General Overview

jaey9 (hereinafter "Platform" or "we") operates an online casino and betting service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern all services, games, bonuses, payment methods, and support-related matters on the platform.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account on jaey9. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, both accounts will be closed.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jaey9 may request to verify your identity at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or other valid government-issued document. jaey9 has the right to suspend withdrawal access until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Updating Contact Information

If your email, mobile number, or any other contact information changes, update it in your account profile right away. jaey9 will not be responsible for any loss resulting from outdated information.

3.3 Account Status

Accounts that remain inactive for a long period may be deactivated automatically. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited to jaey9 only through the following methods:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳500
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳500
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile wallet) — minimum deposit ৳500

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, contact support with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, and funds will be sent to the same number.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are secured through SSL encryption technology. jaey9 never sells or transfers your payment information to any third party.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at jaey9 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. This is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets must be completed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• While one bonus is active, another bonus will generally not apply.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit the bonus system may result in account closure.
• jaey9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Only one account per household or per device is eligible to receive a bonus.

6 Game Rules

6.1 Game Rules

6.2 Technical Issues

If the internet is disconnected or a technical fault occurs on the platform during a game, jaey9 will determine the result based on server-side records. In the case of a verified technical issue, the bet may be refunded.

6.3 Setting Limits

jaey9 reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits at any time. This is done to ensure responsible gaming and to maintain the normal operation of the platform.

6.4 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant match. If a match is cancelled or suspended for an undetermined reason, the bet will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaey9 platform:

• Money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Using bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play
• Colluding with other players in a pre-arranged manner
• Attempting to manipulate game software or systems
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs
• Using another person's account
• Operating multiple accounts using false information
• Abusing the bonus system

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jaey9 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of jaey9 or the relevant content providers.

You are granted a limited, revocable permission to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. The following are prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
• Using the jaey9 brand, logo, or trademarks without authorization

9 Limitation of Liability

jaey9 is a secure and reliable platform — SSL encryption and fair play are ensured. However, jaey9 is not liable in the following cases:

• Internet disconnection or technical issues with your device
• Loss caused by third-party software or network problems
• Loss resulting from you carelessly sharing your information with others
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or legal obligations

In any circumstance, jaey9's total liability will not exceed the balance held in your account.

10 Termination & Suspension

10.1 Your Rights

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact the support team and your account will be closed after the available balance has been withdrawn.

10.2 jaey9's Rights

jaey9 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Participation in prohibited activities
• Legal or regulatory reasons

At the time of account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses where conditions have not been met) may be withdrawn.

11 Changes & Updates

jaey9 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will make efforts to notify you via email or a platform notification.
