jaey9's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
jaey9 believes entertainment should be enjoyable — never a burden. Our tools and guidelines help you play safely and mindfully.
Play with Awareness
At jaey9, we believe online casino and betting is purely a form of entertainment. Playing here means having fun — not creating financial stress or mental unease. That is why we provide multiple effective tools and services to protect every player.
Gambling should be enjoyed as a leisure activity, but it can sometimes become a problem for some people. If you feel that your playing habits are having a negative impact on your daily life, jaey9 is always here for you. Our support team is available 24/7 in Bengali and English.
Read on for details about our responsible gaming tools, age verification policy, self-exclusion process, and how to get help.
The Controls Are in Your Hands
Set Deposit Limits
Set your own limit on how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. This limit helps you stay within your budget.
Time-Out Break
Need a short break? Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Your account reactivates automatically once the break is over.
Self-Exclusion
Use self-exclusion if you want a longer break. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends.
Loss Limit
Once you reach a set loss amount, play stops automatically — reducing the risk of chasing losses and losing even more.
Reality Check
A message appears on screen at regular intervals — reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent.
24/7 Support
If you have a problem at any time, contact us via live chat or email. Speak to us in Bengali — we are always here.
Registration is Prohibited for Those Under 21

If you know that someone in your family or neighbourhood is a minor and trying to access gambling sites, please notify our support team. You can also protect family devices by using parental control software such as Net Nanny or K9 Web Protection.

Simple Ways to Stay Safe

- Do not play for too long in one sitting — take breaks.
- Do not bet when emotional (angry, sad, or after drinking).
- Do not place larger bets trying to recover lost money.
- Be honest with people you trust about your gaming habits.
- Decide in advance how much time you will spend each session.
- If you have a problem, contact jaey9 support right away.
Gaming is Entertainment, Not Investment
Every game at jaey9 runs on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so no specific outcome is ever guaranteed. Even with skill or strategy, winning in the long run is not assured.
Think of the money you spend while playing as the cost of entertainment — just like going to the cinema or eating out at a restaurant. This mindset will keep you within healthy limits.
Remember — the minimum deposit at jaey9 is ৳500. Large bets can put your financial security at risk.
We Are Always Here for You
If you have any concerns about your gaming habits, please do not try to deal with them alone. The jaey9 support team is always available in Bengali and English.
